Requests for change of address must be made directly with BANGN BODY via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. - Our Return-to-Sender Policy entails that if a customer fails to collect an item and it is returned, a $15 flat rate is charged for redelivery. This fee covers the cost of reshipping the package. It's important to note that under this policy, no refunds are issued for uncollected items.
